Clever Hans - Pre-Election Mandatory Reading

This piece has a large scope; so rather than me trying to explain it, give it a read for yourself. I promise you'll feel better after you do! At least, those of you in the silenced majority.

Wow, what a great investigation into the power of groupthink. Thanks for sharing that.

Did you read this confession from an insider in the Obama campaign?

What she is precisely describing is what a real troll is. Sadly, trolls have inundated the blogosphere - both in commentary and as blog hosts -- and so few even realize they're being played and being given so much disinformation. Calling the racist card is just one currently fashionable tactic used to divide a group and attack opponents.

I have indeed read that one - and of course there's no way to know if that person is for real or is just a very astute observer who can see what is pretty obviously and openly going on. It reminds me of the 2000 election fiasco, in which hysteria basically took over and vote creation became the order of the day. It was quite a relief when the Supreme Court finally said it was time to end the hysterical madness and enforce the 200 year old constitutional law as it had always been done. So that we could have a peaceful transfer of power. I sometimes think there's no way we're going to keep having that peaceful transfer (and we have prominent people like Carville assuring us we won't, if McCain happens to win) but on the other hand, it's really more likely that if Obama loses he'll fade into irrelevance pretty quickly. The world isn't the insane shitheap the left seems to think and preach that it is most of the time. I'd link to www.girleffect.org to illustrate that, except that would be 2 1/2 minutes of your life you'd never get back. LOL
